Registration

Registrations and abstract submissions will open 25 March 2011.

The registration fees are 100 EUR for Ph.D. students, 150 EUR for SIBBM members with no outstanding membership fees (including 2011) and 200 EUR for everyone else. SIBBM members that pay 200 EUR will have their 2011 membership fee automatically paid. In the case of Ph.D. students, a confirmation letter—addressed to the SIBBM Treasurer —from the direct supervisor is required.

The social dinner is not included in the fee and costs 35 EUR. Participation in the social dinner will be offered by the SIBBM to the participants with selected abstracts.

PhD Courses or School that are officialy attending the meeting as part of their educational programme can contact the secretary for a special discount.

Travel Awards

A limited number of Travel Awards will be assigned following Registration for young participants (PhD and Postdoc Fellows) travelling from distant locations and attending the entire meeting.

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, among other information, a reference number. Please do not process your payment without this reference number — thank you for your cooperation.
